Gynecologist Industry: Hospital Salary:₹ 225000 to 275000 LPM Work Experience: 3 years Responsibilities - Conduct thorough patient evaluations and provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of gynecological conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings. - Manage emergency gynecological cases with prompt and effective intervention, ensuring patient safety and timely outcomes.- Perform advanced laparoscopic surgeries, including hysterotomies, tubal ligations, and ovarian cystectomies, with precision and adherence to best practices. - Lead and execute cesarean sections (C-sections) in collaboration with obstetric and anesthesia teams, ensuring optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards. - Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary case discussions to enhance care delivery. - Provide patient education on reproductive health, contraception, fertility, and postoperative care.- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and support teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care. - Stay current with evolving medical guidelines, research, and technological advancements in gynecology and obstetrics.
