Business Development Manager (BDM) (Kakkad)

Job Title: Business Development Manager Company: The Goodness Grocery About Us: The Goodness Grocery is a healthy food brand specializing in millets and nutritious products, with a strong retail presence in Kakkanad and growing online operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Expand the customer base through strategic partnerships.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams to achieve revenue targets. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or FMCG preferred.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
