Business Development Manager (BDM) – Catalyst Location: Kottakkal Job Summary Catalyst is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead admissions growth, manage sales activities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, team handling, and business development, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage admissions through effective counselling and sales strategies
- Lead and motivate counsellors and sales teams to achieve targets
- Develop business growth plans and marketing strategies
- Handle student and parent relationship management
- Monitor daily sales performance and lead conversion
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaign activities
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong customer engagement
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or EdTech preferred
- Ability to handle targets and team management
