HR Manager Join a legacy of excellence in Ayurveda and modern healthcare established in 1965 At Dr P Alikutty s Hospital we believe that our people are our greatest strength We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our human resources operations Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee engagement Ensure strict compliance with ESI PF and Indian labor laws Drive HR initiatives aligned with hospital goals and accreditation requirements e g NABH Manage performance appraisal systems and employee grievance handling Foster a positive and compliant work culture across departments Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in HR preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment Robust knowledge of statutory compliances and HR operations Proven expertise in recruitment especially for clinical and non-clinical roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse workforce and multi-shift hospital operations Educational Qualification MBA in HR preferred Other graduates with relevant HR experience are also encouraged to apply Contact Us Call between 9 AM
