Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with bank branch staff and officials.
Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
Lead generation through walk-in customers and bank database.
Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable health insurance products.
Cross-sell and upsell health insurance policies to bank customers.
Ensure proper customer service and policy documentation.
Conduct training and motivation activities for bank employees.
Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly.
Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and references.
Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.
Desired Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales-oriented with target achievement mindset.
Candidate with health insurance experience will be preferred.
Solid presentation and customer handling skills.
Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
