Description
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls regarding loan queries, EMI cards, insurance, or investment products. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or technical issues related to the Bajaj Finserv app or customer portal within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement). Product Knowledge: Clearly explain Bajaj products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, EMI Cards) to customers. Outbound Support: Make outbound calls to follow up on pending documents, lead generation, or EMI collection reminders. Data Management: Accurately update customer details and call logs in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Quality & Compliance: Maintain a high "Quality Score" by following the company’s communication script and ethical guidelines (preventing mis-selling). Requirements: Education: Graduate (Any degree) or 12th Pass with relevant experience. Experience: 6–12 months in a Voice Process (Customer Service, Telesales, or Collections). Language Must known:Tamil and English Pay: ₹10,363.97
