Planning Engineer – Precontract & Project Controls (Kozhikode)

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and baseline programs
· Track actual progress against planned milestones and identify delays
· Assist in preparation of project management plans and monitoring systems
· Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
· Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost baseline
· Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review
· Maintain project dashboards, trackers, risk registers, and issue logs
· Assist in tender coordination and precontract planning activities
· Support quality monitoring and compliance tracking
· Monitor procurement schedules and critical material tracking
· Conduct follow-up for pending approvals, drawings, and technical clarifications
· Prepare MOMs, presentations, and project documentation Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of project planning and project controls
· Understanding of construction sequencing and coordination
· Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple project coordination activities simultaneously
· Solid documentation and follow-up capability Software Proficiency
· MS Project / Primavera P6
· Advanced Microsoft Excel
· PowerPoint & reporting tools
· Basic AutoCAD coordination knowledge Pay: ₹35,000.00
