- Learner Onboarding & Support: Welcome new students to their respective programs, guide them through the platform setup, and ensure they have seamless access to all learning materials and tools.
- Progress Monitoring & Engagement: Proactively track individual student progress, attendance, and assignment completion. Reach out to inactive learners to re-engage them and help them overcome any learning hurdles.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for platform and course-related technical queries. Utilize your B.Tech background to troubleshoot basic issues and successfully escalate complex bugs to the development team.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with learners (and their parents, if applicable) to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and gather continuous feedback on the curriculum and platform experience.
- Retention & Program Upgrades: Build trust with clients to ensure high course completion rates. Identify opportunities to recommend advanced courses based on the learner's career goals and performance.
- Feedback Loop: Document user feedback, common technical pain points, and feature requests, sharing actionable insights with the product and academic teams to improve program quality. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech is strictly required) to effectively understand our tech curriculum and support our software platforms.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! A strong interest in client relationship management, student success, academic counseling, or a B2C customer support role within EdTech is essential.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Kozhikode (Calicut) or neighboring areas to ensure smooth coordination.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new software platforms, grasp technical concepts within our programs, and explain them patiently to learners of varying skill levels.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Malayalam and English. Strong active listening and empathetic problem-solving abilities are a must.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple learner accounts simultaneously, keeping accurate records of communications and progress in the CRM. What We Offer
