Customer Care Manager – Sales (Automobile)Job Summary The Customer Care Manager – Sales is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey in the automobile dealership. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, relationship management, complaint resolution, customer retention, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and service excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after vehicle delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requests.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records accurately.
- Organize customer engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
- Track customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and prepare performance reports.
- Train and guide customer care executives to maintain service standards.
- Support sales targets through customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer handling procedures. Required Skills
