Job Title: Waiter Location: Brown Town Bakery & Café, Calicut Job Type: Full-time About Us Brown Town Bakery & Café is a popular, fast-growing café in Calicut known for handcrafted bakery items, fresh brews, and warm hospitality. We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly staff to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about items when needed.
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, serving areas, and the café floor.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage billing and process payments accurately.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. Requirements
- Previous experience as Waiter/Service Staff preferred (but freshers may apply).
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
