- Position: Special Educator
- Location: Kozhikode
- Mode: Offline Key Responsibilities Individualized Education Planning (IEP) Assess students with learning difficulties and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to their specific needs. Student Support and Intervention Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges. Inclusive Classroom Support Work closely with regular teachers to adapt teaching methods and materials to support inclusive learning in classrooms. Assessment and Progress Monitoring Conduct regular assessments and track student progress. Modify strategies based on individual improvement and learning outcomes. Behavioral and Skill Development Support students in developing academic, social, communication, and life skills. Parent Counselling and Guidance Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and provide guidance on supporting learning at home. Collaboration with Staff Coordinate with teachers, school counselors, and management to ensure effective support for students. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of student assessments, progress reports, and intervention plans. Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education or related field
- Understanding of learning disabilities and inclusive education practices
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred What We Look For
