Pharmacist (Kozhikode)

Medication Dispensing and Management:
- Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
- Manage medication storage, inventory, and distribution within the hospital. Patient Care and Counseling:
- Provide patients with information about their medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and storage.
- Address patient concerns and questions regarding medications. Drug Information and Collaboration:
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals to assist in medication decisions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication therapy. Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication safety. Other Duties:
- May be involved in medication reconciliation, adverse drug event reporting, and medication budget planning.
- May assist in the preparation of sterile medications or other specialized pharmacy services. Qualification- BPHARM/DPHARM Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹180,000.00
