The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to the bank's growth by meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.Qualifications Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills Sales, Cross-Selling, and Negotiation abilities Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Customer Support expertise Financial Knowledge and the ability to understand and recommend banking products Proven ability to achieve targets and work under pressureProficiency in local languages and cultural awareness is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience in banking, sales, or relationship management is a plus
