Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Executive role located in Kozhikode. The Junior Executive will support business operations through tasks such as client communication, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes. The role will require proactive problem-solving skills and collaboration with various internal teams to support clients effectively and ensure operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations Handle documentation, data entry, and record management Assist in scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups Support compliance-related processes and administrative tasks Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain accuracy in all workQualifications Strong communication skills, empathetic customer service, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders Administrative skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and document management Analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office and related platformsFamiliarity with compliance processes, government relations, or corporate services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field Proven ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic is desirableTeam collaboration skills coupled with the ability to handle tasks independently
