The Architect will be involved in all stages of project development, from concept design to execution. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, creating detailed project plans, and coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects. The role involves contributing to design discussions, conducting site visits, and adhering to project timelines and budgets.Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Design and planning for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and coordination with consultants Familiarity with technical aspects such as Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflowsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Knowledge of climate-responsive design and sustainability principles is an advantage
