Server/Kitchen Hand (Kozhikode)

Trained and experienced male/female servers only need apply: Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers: Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
- Take orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, making recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Handle payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain: Keep tables clean and tidy, clear used dishes, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
- Address guest concerns: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Collaborate with kitchen: Communicate orders and work with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow health and safety guidelines: Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures. Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing payments.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays.
- Knowledge of menu items and food preparation.
