Billing Executive (Kozhikode)

Location: Shobhika Weddings (Kozhikode) Job Type: Full-Time ​Role Objective ​The Billing Executive is the final point of contact for our customers. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, accurate, and skilled checkout experience that reflects the premium service standards of Shobhika Weddings. ​Key Responsibilities ​Invoicing & POS: Process sales bills quickly and accurately using the company’s billing software ​Customer Service: Address customer queries regarding pricing, discounts, and tax (GST) with a polite and helpful attitude. ​Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to verify item codes and quantities before final billing. ​Quality Check: Perform a final quick scan of the merchandise for any visible defects before packing and handing over to the customer. ​Requirements ​Education: Graduate or Plus Two with relevant experience. ​Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations ​Personality: Excellent numerical skills, high integrity, and the ability to remain calm during peak hours. ​Communication: Fluency in Malayalam; basic English is an advantage. ​Benefits & Facilities ​Accommodation: Safe hostel/stay facilities provided for candidates. ​Food: Duty meals provided by the company. ​Environment: Opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious wedding showrooms in Kerala. ​Stability: Competitive salary with timely payouts and employee welfare benefits.
