- 5+ yrs in ops/admin/HR/people leadership roles
- Strong process mindset + high emotional intelligence
- Excellent communicator in English & Malayalam
- Someone who is dependable, proactive, and people-trusted
- Background in startups/agencies is a bonus What You’ll Bring
