Hub Operation Executive (Hoskote)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
- Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
- Customer rapport and network and need to handle Key accounts.
- Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
- Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
- Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details. Pay: ₹25,000.00
