Production Supervisor (Hoskote)

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor– Interiors is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all interior production activities to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources. The role involves managing the production floor, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and optimizing manpower and materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project timelines.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of drawings and requirements.
- Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production workflow and ensure timely completion of interior work orders. 2. Quality Control & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of production.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve quality or process issues.
- Implement continuous improvement techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste. 3. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the factory/production area.
- Maintain proper documentation of production, materials, and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture/interior production processes.
- Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Good understanding of raw materials, finishes, and hardware used in interiors.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Pay: ₹25,000.00
