IT Network Technician (Virgonagar)

Network Support & Maintenance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain campus-wide network and internet connectivity.
- Assist in the configuration and management of core networking components (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic routing).
- Help maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across campus facilities. Hardware & OS Support
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop computers and laptops.
- Install, configure, and update Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Perform basic configuration, routine maintenance, and monitoring of campus servers. User Support & Collaboration
- Provide prompt and skilled technical assistance to university staff, faculty, and students.
- Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement system upgrades and campus-wide tech initiatives. Pay: ₹25,000.00
