Production Supervisor Hoskote

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor– Interiors is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all interior production activities to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and productive use of resources. The role involves managing the production floor, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and optimizing manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project timelines. Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure explicit understanding of drawings and requirements. Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Monitor production workflow and ensure timely completion of interior work orders. Quality Control & Process Improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of production. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve quality or process issues. Implement continuous improvement techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste. Safety & Compliance Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the factory/production area. Maintain proper documentation of production, materials, and quality reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of modular furniture/interior production processes. Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Good understanding of raw materials, finishes, and hardware used in interiors. Time management and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems (preferred). Bachelor’s degree Solid problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
