Job Description for civil architect

Key Responsibilities Design and Planning: Develop structural designs and building plans using CAD software, ensuring both creative vision and structural integrity. Project Management: Oversee project development from start to finish, including and adherence to timelines. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction plans adhere to local, state, and national building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Coordination: Liaise between clients, contractors, and other engineering professionals to interpret designs and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Revit, and BIM software. Education: A Diploma Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to create detailed reports and communicate with team members. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail for producing exact technical drawings and project documentation.
