Housekeeping Supervisor (Kumarakom)

Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks for housekeeping staff
- Conduct inspections of rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests professionally
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance and front office teams for smooth operations
- Participate in large-scale cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleans. Pay: ₹18,000.00
