Software Developer (Kumbakonam)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer with experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and Zoho HRMS to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to enhance business processes and provide solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Zoho platforms, the ability to implement and troubleshoot solutions, and a keen interest in creating innovative applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working with Zoho Creator, designing and developing custom applications.

- Knowledge:

- Experience in configuring and optimizing Zoho One apps (CRM, Books, People, Projects, etc.) for end-to-end business solutions.

- Ability to integrate multiple Zoho applications to streamline business operations.

- Understanding of user and role management within Zoho One.

- Experience in implementing cross-functional workflows between Zoho applications.

- Familiarity with Zoho One API for custom integrations.

- Expertise in configuring employee management modules, including leave management, time tracking

- Ability to automate HR processes and workflows (e.g., onboarding, performance management, attendance).

- Knowledge of Zoho People’s integration with other Zoho applications (Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, etc.).

- Understanding of HR analytics and reporting features within Zoho People.

- Knowledge of Zoho People’s compliance features and customization based on business needs.

General Skills and Knowledge:

- Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of general programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SQL is a plus.

- API Integrations: Familiarity with REST APIs and web services to integrate Zoho products with third-party applications.

- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members and clients.

- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work in a cooperative, cross-functional team environment.

- Documentation: Ability to document code and processes effectively for future reference and training purposes.
