Associate Manager - Techno Commercial (Udupi)

Responsibilities

- Checking correctness of all Issue documents & postings.
- Ensure issue & return of correct material with right quantity at Store.
- Ensure Physical verification of Store inventory is done as per guideline and analyse and correct the inventory.
- Preservation of material as per Storage & Preservation guideline.
- Conduct inventory analysis such as ABC, FSN etc.
- Take necessary action for identified NMI & Surplus material.
- Generate Store MISes.
· Effective participation in 5S, IMS and safety initiatives
- Issue & return of material with proper documentation.
- Generate and submit Store MISes as per schedule.
- Perform ABC & FSN analysis of Inventory.
- Coordinating the disposal action of approved NMI and Surplus material.
- Department Safety compliance & Initiatives
- Physical verification of all store inventory and corrections as per guideline.
- Participate in Store Budget Preparation.
- Planning for store material procurement, consumption & service, monitoring.
- Free Issue material monitoring and reconciliation.
- IMS documentation & audits.
- Maintaining 5S standards in respective area.
- Ensure material preservation as per Storage & Preservation guideline.
- Participation in all digitization initiatives Qualifications

- Experience Total: 12 to 15 Yrs.
