- Document interactions and update internal systems regularly
- Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and Experience
- Positive communication skills (English and/or regional language as required)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
- Willingness to work in a remote setup
- System & Connectivity Requirements: Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop
- Stable internet connection (minimum required speed as per process)
- Quiet work workplace suitable for WFH
