Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and connect with direct advertisers and performance agencies

Conduct daily outreach through , email, Telegram communities, and other networking channels

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Schedule meetings and introduce our advertising solutions to potential partners

Develop relationships with media buyers, agencies, and advertiser teams

Support the onboarding process for recent partners and coordinate internally with operations teams

Maintain long-term relationships and help grow advertiser spend over time

Explore creative ways to find partners, including industry communities, social platforms, and events

Requirements

3+ years of direct experience in AdTech, or digital advertising

Strong outbound sales or partnership development mindset

Comfortable doing high-volume outreach and networking

Excellent English communication skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
