Customer Service Executive Kurnool

We’re hiring a Remote Telecaller and Customer Service Executive for a full time work from home role.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, positive, extroverted, and enjoys speaking with people. The candidate should be comfortable making calls, handling customer conversations, following up with leads, and supporting customers in a professional and friendly manner.

The candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi and should have a transparent speaking style. Since this is a remote role, a stable internet connection, quiet work setup, and working laptop or desktop are mandatory.

Salary

The budget for this role is ₹15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers and leads on a daily basis, managing follow ups, answering basic queries, and ensuring that all conversations are handled in a polite and skilled manner.

Make outbound calls to leads and customers

Handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp

Follow up with interested prospects

Maintain transparent notes and customer details

Coordinate with the internal team when required

Meet daily calling and customer communication targets

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay energetic during calls, and work responsibly in a remote setup. The candidate should be comfortable being on video during the full shift and should have a stable internet connection.

Fluent in English and Hindi

Positive, extroverted, and confident personality

Comfortable speaking with customers for long hours

Prior telecalling, customer service, or call center experience preferred

Stable high speed internet connection
