Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC & Plumbing specialization preferred) Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and execution of HVAC & Plumbing, District Cooling System works for buildings/infrastructure projects
- Ensure installation work is as per design drawings, technical specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other discipline teams for smooth execution
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and highlight technical issues/risks to management Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing networks, firefighting coordination
- Exposure to large-scale urban infrastructure / building projects
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
