Job Title: Senior Customer Support Executive Process: International Voice Process Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Post DST) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, experience in handling international customers, and the ability to efficiently resolve customer queries while delivering a high standard of support service. Candidates with prior banking domain experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients through voice support. Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer queries, concerns, and service requests. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently. Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in handling international customer support processes. Robust customer handling and issue-resolution abilities. Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts. Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment. Banking domain experience will be an added advantage.
