· Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Registrar (Accreditation, Quality & Ranking) in the University.
· The University is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in accreditation, compliance documentation, institutional quality systems and ranking frameworks. Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Experience:
· Minimum eight (8) years of experience.
· Candidate shall possess expertise in NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS I-GAUGE, ARIIA, AISHE, AICTE and UGC compliance documentation, data validation and report submissions.
· Experience in preparation of SSR, AQAR, SOPs, policy documents, institutional data management, audit coordination and ranking analytics.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with Deans, HoDs, functional heads and stakeholders for evidence collection, compliance monitoring and quality initiatives.
· Strong drafting, analytical, MIS, ERP and communication skills. Required Skills:
· Good oral and written communication in English.
· Robust drafting and administrative skills.
· Knowledge of University procedures and regulations.
· Knowledge of UGC/AICTE/NCHAP/ICAR and Regulatory Body Regulations.
· Computer proficiency and documentation skills.
· Experience in handling NAAC/NIRF/Accreditations, IQAC & Ranking-related activities. General Conditions:
· Salary will be as per University norms.
· Higher qualifications and relevant experience in State/Public/Private/Deemed University system will be given preference.
