Role Description: We are hiring an entry-level IP Associate to join our Trademarks and Copyright practice. You will support the team across the full lifecycle of trademark and copyright matters from filing and prosecution to opposition proceedings, advisory work, and portfolio management for a diverse client base spanning startups, established Indian companies, and international clients filing into India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark availability searches on the Indian Trade Marks Registry and TM-View
- File trademark and copyright applications under supervision
- Maintain accurate docketing of deadlines, renewals, and status updates
- Prepare routine client correspondence and status reports
- Support senior associates on Examination Reports, oppositions, and hearings

Required Skills:
- LL.B. from a recognized Indian law school
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council, or eligible for enrollment
- Basic understanding of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957
- Working familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and email
- Positive written English
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
