Project Management (Edappal)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple design and construction projects The ideal candidate will oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects ensuring they meet client expectations timelines budgets and quality standards Key Responsibilities Plan and manage all project phases from initiation to completion Develop detailed project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans Coordinate with clients architects engineers consultants and contractors Monitor in office activities and ensure compliance with design safety and quality standards Identify risks troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions promptly Manage material procurement vendor coordination and approval processes Conduct regular site and progress meetings with project stakeholders Prepare progress reports and ensure timely delivery of project milestones Lead project teams and provide direction to ensure smooth workflow Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD Excel and project management tools In-depth understanding of construction workflows cost control and site coordination Excellent client-handling negotiation and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or Construction Management Minimum 5-10 years of relevant project management experience including at least 2 years in a managerial role PMP certification or equivalent preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00
