We design, develop, and assemble premium-quality products under OEM and ODM partnerships for leading brands across India. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our electronics manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, manpower, quality, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day manufacturing activities while achieving production targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.
- Supervise assembly lines, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with QC, stores, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor productivity, downtime, and process efficiency.
- Implement ISO standards, ESD precautions, and workplace safety practices.
- Maintain production reports, inventory usage, and rejection analysis.
- Identify process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction.
- Train and guide production staff to improve performance. Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics assembly and PCB production processes.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, ERP, and production reporting systems is an advantage. What We Offer:
