Project Coordinator (Edappal)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Solar & CCTV Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar PV and CCTV installation projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical teams, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and maintain effective communication with clients and vendors to deliver projects successfully within budget and schedule. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of solar PV and CCTV installation projects.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved scope and budget.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company specifications.
- Coordinate procurement of materials including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, batteries, CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, networking equipment, and accessories.
- Track material delivery schedules and site inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Provide regular progress updates and manage change requests.
- Coordinate project handover, system demonstration, and user training.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty and compliance purposes. Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination.
- Strong understanding of solar systems (on-grid/off-grid) and CCTV system configurations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00
