Production Manager (Stationery) Reports to: Plant Head Location : Samba Experience : 10 years+ Salary : Upto 12 lacs 9796871050 Job Overview The Production Manager supports the Production in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. This includes planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules, managing production staff, ensuring product quality, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The role is vital for maintaining smooth operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in planning and organizing daily production schedules to meet output targets. 2. Supervise production staff and ensure work is carried out as per operational guidelines. 3. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or quality issues. 1. Ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment before production. 2. Coordinate with the quality team to maintain product standards and handle non- conformities. 1. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. 2. Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of lean practices. 3. Train and guide production operators and staff on SOPs and safety procedures. 4. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. 5. Collaborate with maintenance, stores, and other departments to resolve production- related issues. 1. Knowledge of SAP in PP Module is Must. 2. Knowledge of Wire Drawing in Blocker as well as Furnace Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field. 2. 10-12 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. 4. Good knowledge of production planning, machine operations, and safety practices. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or production software. 6. Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in lean manufacturing, TPM, or 5S implementation. 2. Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role in production. Work Conditions 1.
