Engineer/ Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager Mechanical, Kondagaon

Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance, reliability and availability of OHP (crushers, conveyors)&HEMM equipment, ensuring safe and uninterrupted mining and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain OHP systems: crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and bulk material handling equipment. - Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets.- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines. - Ensure high equipment availability and reduced downtime. - Analyze breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures. - Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and safety SOPs. - Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams.- Supervise mechanical manpower at site. - Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS. Qualification&Experience: - Diploma / Degree / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - 3-10 years in OHP or HEMM maintenance in mining operation Key Skills: - Crushers, conveyors&bulk material handling - HEMM maintenance - Maintenance planning&breakdown analysis - Safety&statutory compliance (DGMS) - SAP PM / MM exposure preferred - Documentation&MIS reporting
