Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telemarketer role based in Baghpat. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Garden’s Need products, understand customer requirements, and generate sales leads or direct orders. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, answering basic customer questions, scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team, and updating customer records in the system. The role also involves maintaining call logs, tracking conversion rates, and sharing feedback from customers to help improve products and sales strategies. The Telemarketer will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging prospects, building rapport, and clearly presenting product information.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and convert calls into qualified leads or orders.
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and follow-up coordination to support field sales or account managers.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills to maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Ability to work on-site in Baghpat, meet call targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience preferred, especially in consumer products or related industries.
- Comfort communicating in English and local languages as relevant to the customer base.
