Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Policy Ghar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling health or life insurance policies, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to help clients choose the best coverage options. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads for health and life insurance policies.
- Explain policy details, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide post-sales support and assist customers with claim processes when needed.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor products to offer the best solutions. Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales (health or life insurance preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
