Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining various insurance policies, and advising clients on coverage options suited to their business needs. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to deliver seamless insurance solutions.

Qualifications Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Experience in Customer Service to effectively manage and build long-term client relationships. Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to provide tailored and competitive solutions to clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills needed to guide clients and close sales effectively. Proficiency in handling CRM tools and technologies is a plus. Relevant certifications in insurance or sales are advantageous but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
