Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in Lucknow, allows for a combination of in-office presence and remote work as an Insurance Advisor. The responsibilities include identifying and consulting prospective clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, recommending suitable life insurance products, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in claim processes. The advisor will also educate clients about insurance plans and their advantages and support them through the documentation process. Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
- Strong Consulting and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in financial advisory roles is a plus
