External for Décor Sales Officer The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers.

What You'll Do Driving Sales thru store staff Drive Store level GMV and Revenue Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff. Maintain customer level Index. Meeting customers for conversion Drive on ground Demand generation activities. Dealer servicing Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same. Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any

What You'll Need
