Position: Tender Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive who will be responsible for handling government tender activities through portals such as Government e Marketplace and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate will manage the complete tender process, including bidding, documentation, vendor registrations, and onboarding-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant government tenders on portals such as:

Government e Marketplace

CPP Portal

State Government Tender Portals

E-procurement websites

Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines.

Prepare and submit bids/tenders within deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documents, and compliance requirements.

Maintain and update all tender-related documents and records.

Handle vendor registrations, renewals, and portal updates.

Prepare onboarding documents, agreements, declarations, and compliance paperwork.

Track tender status, bid results, and follow-up communications.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documentation.

Maintain MIS/reporting related to tender activities.

Required Skills

Knowledge of government tendering processes and portals like GeM.

Valuable understanding of documentation and compliance procedures.

Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Prior experience in tender bidding, procurement, or government sales process preferred.

Experience handling onboarding and compliance documentation will be an added advantage.
