Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers. Explain company products, schemes, and offers to customers professionally. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Maintain customer database and daily calling records. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order updates. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Prepare daily call reports and submit them to management. Support the sales team in business development activities.

Required Skills Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Robust convincing and negotiation ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email). Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Positive attitude and team coordination skills.

Qualification Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
