About the Internship
- STEPS Global Sourcing Program The GSP is a performance-driven, industry-focused program where interns work on live international hiring mandates under the guidance of experienced recruiters and program leadership. Interns will gain practical exposure to:
- International recruitment operations
- and Boolean sourcing
- Candidate evaluation methodologies
- Technical and non-technical hiring
- US recruitment market structures
- Recruitment workflow management

Selected interns will contribute directly to US-based recruitment projects and sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates for active US-based job requisitions
- Use platforms such as , Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and alumni networks to identify talent
- Evaluate candidate profiles against job descriptions and skill requirements
- Submit structured candidate assessments through internal tracking systems
- Maintain sourcing quality, accuracy, and documentation standards
- Participate in training sessions, sourcing workshops, and recruiter-led learning sessions
