Internship Role: HR Recruiter Intern A practical internship designed to build strong recruitment skills through sourcing, candidate management, and BFSI-focused hiring projects. Key Responsibilities Expanding BFSI LinkedIn networks & promoting Staffiaa/Ready Recruit India. Sourcing candidates for BFSI roles PAN India. Learning key banking products & translating them into hiring needs. Executing hiring campaigns & assisting in job drives. Conducting cold calling, screening candidates & managing end-to-end recruitment. Internship Structure — 90 Days Phase 1 – Training & Skill Building (45 Days) Focus Areas: Recruitment fundamentals Naukri portal training + certification BFSI sector understanding Hands-on sourcing & resume screening Daily activity-based learning Target: 100 Resume Submissions Outcome: Successful completion → Move to Phase 2 Phase 2 – Practical Recruitment Experience (45 Days) Role: Full-time recruiter-intern handling real hiring activities Target: 1 Successful Joining (candidate accepts offer & joins) Stipend: 5,000 – 7,000 (performance-based for Phase 2) Incentives: Additional incentives for joinings as per slab Outcome: High performers may be considered for full time hiring with Staffiaa Services.
