Senior Human Resource Executive (Lucknow)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through bulk hiring, headhunting, and referrals to meet business requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with company culture and expectations.
- Coordinate onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional service during talent acquisition activities. Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field (Recruitment/Talent Acquisition).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including bulk hiring, headhunting, and referral programs.
