- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs.
- Good computer skills (Excel, CRM).
- Target-driven, confident, and proactive personality Your Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy details: coverage, benefits, premium, tenure, and claim process.
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into sales by providing proper guidance and product knowledge.
- Maintain robust customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
