HR Executive (Generalist) (Lucknow)

Job Summary We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1–5 years of experience to manage payroll, statutory compliances, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling PF, ESIC, attendance, employee documentation, and supporting recruitment, policy implementation, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess positive knowledge of labor laws, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labour law compliances.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for compliance-related matters and audits.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files, contracts, and HRMIS data.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, policies, attendance, and HR operations.
- Assist management in disciplinary matters, documentation, and HR reporting. Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Payroll Processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Understanding of HR operations and labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently. Key Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Candidate should be proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in handling compliance and payroll independently will be preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00
